1. Filtering and Searching Orders
To find a specific order, use the search or filter tools. You can search for orders by entering the order number or customer name. It is also possible to filter orders by:
- Mail or Order ID.
- Date range.
- Payment method (e.g. cash, credit card, debit card, payment terminal).
- Order status (e.g., pending, completed, cancelled).
- Payment status (e.g., pending, processed, rejected).
- Processor (e.g., mercadopago, paypal, stripe).
This makes it easy to quickly locate the orders you need to manage or review.
2. Viewing Details of a Specific Order
To get more information about an order, click on the view icon.
This will take you to a page with all the detailed information about the order, including:
- Payment: Information about the payment method and status of the payment used in the transaction.
- Payment Detail: Breakdown of the payment method, including cards, installments or alternative payments.
- Order Detail: Breakdown of the creation date and status of the order.
- Risk Data: Risk assessment and scoring based on anti-fraud tools.
- Customer data: Customer's personal information such as name, mailing and shipping address.
- Order summary: Overview of the total purchase, including taxes, discounts and shipping costs.
This detail allows you to manage any inquiries or updates related to a specific order.
