1. Navigating to the Orders Section
To access the Orders section, locate the main menu in the administration panel. Within this menu, select the Orders option. By clicking on it, you will be redirected to the page where you will be able to manage all the orders entered in your trade. This main view will show you a list of orders, which you can sort or filter according to your needs.
2. List of Orders
In the main screen of the Orders section, you will see a table with all the orders placed in your trade. Each order record includes key information such as:
- Order ID: Unique identifier of the order.
- Creation: Time at which the purchase was made.
- Email: Customer's email address associated with the order.
- Amount: Total amount of the order.
- Fraud Status: Current status of the order (e.g., low, medium, high).
- Processor: Reference to the payment processor.
- Payment status: Current status of the order (e.g., pending, processed, rejected).
This table is essential to get a quick view of all transactions in your merchant.
