Connect payment processors, anti-fraud providers and alternative payment methods according to your merchant needs.
1. Access the Merchant Administration Panel
1.1. Log in to your merchant's administration panel using your administrator credentials.
2. Access the Payment Section
2.1. In the left side menu, select the “Payments” option.
2.2. By clicking on “Payments”, you will be redirected to a new screen where you can manage all the settings related to payments.
3. Enter the Connections Section
3.1. Within the “Payments” section, find and select the “Connections” tab.
3.2. In this view, you will have access to different connection options to configure the payment methods and systems you will use in your merchant.
4. Select the Connection Type
Within the “Connections” section, you can view the following types of connections:
- Payment Gateway: Here you can connect the payment processors (PSPs) that will handle your merchant's financial transactions. Select the processor that best suits your needs, such as Adyen, Kushki, or Stripe.
- Anti-Fraud Engine: Connect anti-fraud service providers that will help protect your merchant transactions, such as Sift, Riskified, or ClearSale.
- Alternative Payment Method: Activate alternative payment methods such as e-wallets (PayPal, Apple Pay), gift cards, cryptocurrencies, or other methods that suit your customers' preferences.
- Traditional Payment Method: Connect more conventional payment methods such as cash and dataphone payments.
5. Configure Connection
5.1. Select the type of connection you wish to set up (e.g. “Payment Gateway”).
5.2. The system will prompt you to enter the API credentials provided by the selected payment or anti-fraud provider. Follow the system instructions to enter the public key, secret key and other authentication data.
5.4. Save the changes made.
